The SCPR Rental Process

Here at Special Celebrations Party Rentals (SCPR), our primary goal is to ensure that you have the smoothest rental process possible! We want to make sure that your experience with us is uncomplicated and enjoyable. Here’s an overview of our rental process:

  1. Your Inquiry: We’re so excited that you’re considering our equipment for your next event! The process begins with telling us more about your needs and ideas for your upcoming event. Here we will identify the best equipment for your event, discuss delivery and pickup options, and answer any questions that you may have!  

  2. SCPR Quote: After we have carefully curated and finalized your inventory wishlist, the SCPR team will send you an electronic itemized quote. This quote will contain information regarding rental duration, delivery options, and any additional services requested (such as setup or teardown). Once you approve the quote and are ready to proceed with your reservation, the SCPR team will provide a rental contract outlining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. During this process, you will need to secure your reservation by providing a 30% non-refundable deposit. 

  3. Delivery or Customer Pickup Arrangements: Whether you’ve chosen our delivery service or pick-up option, as part of your rental agreement, the SCPR team will have the equipment ready for you at a mutually decided date and time. We’ll be available via email, call, or text along the process! 

  4. Return and Delivery Pickup: After the event concludes, our team will promptly pick-up all equipment used at an agreed-upon pickup date and time. If you are making the return, our team will be available at our warehouse location to retrieve the equipment at a pre-arrange date and time. We’ll be available via email, call, or text along the process!
