Welcome to our Special Celebrations FAQ page! When planning your upcoming event, we know that every detail matters. That's why we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions about our services, products, and policies.

We provide rental services for a variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. Whether it’s an intimate or large-scale celebration, we’ve got you covered!

You can place an order by reviewing our rental collections and submitting a wishlist through our website. Once a wishlist is submitted, or team will follow-up with you to assist with your order!

Yes, at this time, we accept orders of $150 in value or higher to proceed with a rental reservation.

At this time, we do not offer pick-up services. 

We are able to provide delivery to locations within a ~20 mile radius of our warehouse located in the Howell Mill area of Atlanta. If you’re not sure whether we will deliver to your location, feel free to reach out! Once you provide your delivery address within our wishlist details, we will work with you to determine your booking options.

Delivery fees vary based on the location of the event, size of the order, and the complexity of the setup. Please contact us or submit a formal wishlist for a detailed quote.

At SCPR, we try our best to prioritize the desired delivery drop-off and pick-up time of each customer. That said, in order to best accommodate all of our customers collectively, we have a 2 hour drop-off and pick-up window for deliveries.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will provide you with more details regarding our cancelation policy and process.

Yes, we offer equipment set up and take down services at an affordable charge! We’ll be sure to ask you if you’d like this service when we follow-up with you regarding your order.

We ask that all rental items be wiped down for any foreign debris before being returned. Items should be free of excessive debris and particles. Additionally, any damage to rental items may incur additional charges. Outside of this, we take care of cleaning and sanitizing all rental items after each event rental!

If an item is damaged, please inform us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, repair or replacement costs may apply.

If a customer reaches out to us with needing a last-minute or emergency rental, we will try our very best to assist! Please contact us immediately and will work with you to see if we can accommodate your reservation.

The person who reserved the items or an authorized contact must be available to receive the rental items, review the items delivered, and sign our delivery agreement.

We do not rent tents or inflatables at this time. Currently, we can outsource tents for you on full-service events only. If you are only looking to rent a tent, we have some friendly tent rental companies in our network that we can recommend!
